DE-909 (PIBSA)

is an DE-909 excellent surfactant base particularly for the Oil soluble
dispersants, which is used for the carbon dispersion in lubricating oils. The oils are
heated to the higher temperature while working in the automobiles and other places
tends to form carbon. The product is used as Surfactant for an Emulsion Explosives and for producing the
modified surfactant for Emulsion Explosives, which is used in the packaged Emulsion
Explosives. The dosages of the final surfactants generally used are around 1.5 – 2.5%
depending on individual formulation along with the co-emulsifier like Sorbitan Mono
Oleate in smaller dosages.
